I've been training for 11+ years. Growing up Ive was always been into fitness and active in sports. At a younger age I would do 100 push-ups every night, then it turned into curling 5lbs weights and after seeing early results naturally I then transferred to being in the gym 24/7. After high school I started taking the gym seriously. I started training friends and I never looked back. I saw how much I was helping my friends in person so I switched to online coaching to reach other people around the world and change their lives.
